The two architecturally designed 6-bedroom, private Villas have undergone a recent design update to capture every moment of the sun and stunning views over the Caicos Banks. Roof terraces have been designed to make the most of outdoor living with an open-air kitchen, shaded dining, and firepit lounging area.

Positioned in a peaceful enclave on Long Bay Beach, the Dune Villas enjoy direct access to the fully managed residential resort and marina community of South Bank.

Life on the Lagoon
The final Lagoon Villas join the build phase

It is an iconic moment as all the Lagoon Villas enter the build phase over the next few weeks. With the swimming lagoon and lounging islands excavation already complete, we are excited to see Lagoon Villa 12 complete its build within the next month.

Italian Designed Kitchens

Arclinea has partnered with South Bank to design all of the Villa and Boathouses kitchens and vanities. We are very excited to see the first two Villas begin their Arclinea kitchen installation.

As one of Italy’s leading design houses, the materials and finishes are the result of a defined style and refined workmanship.

Latest update
South Bank taking shape

Following the recent announcement of our sales pause, we are making excellent progress on the construction commencement and continuation of the Lagoon and Ocean Estate Villas. A number of Ocean Estate building sites have now been cleared and readied for construction, gearing up villa by villa over the coming weeks. Eight Ocean Estate Villas and all Lagoon Villas will be under construction by end of October.

The Launch marine and infrastructure works are progressing well and we look forward to the Boathouse structures coming out of the ground in due course.

We are currently planning to re-open South Bank sales before US Thanksgiving in November.
